This is an inner diameter cutter that I used in my previous job. I believe it was used infrequently.

I've been keeping it stored and don't anticipate using it. If you remove the attachment for impact drivers, it can also be attached to a grinder for use.
I haven't used it with a grinder, but I confirmed that it can be attached.
