Vintage Todd 1990 Hand Tooled Leather Red Car Solid Brass Belt Buckle Signed

Unique solid brass belt buckle featuring a raised red vintage/classic automobile against a textured brown background. The car is highly detailed with silver-tone accents on the grille, bumper, headlights and wheels. The warm brown background gives it a tooled-leather appearance, surrounded by a brass-tone border.  The back is clearly stamped SOLID BRASS. Front also has an incised artist/maker-style marking along with what appears to read 4/90.
